摘要
以外管分别为Q345钢、奥氏体304级不锈钢和T6061铝合金材质的圆中空夹层金属管混凝土构件为主要研究对象,借助有限元软件ABAQUS,模拟该类构件受到低速横向冲击的动态响应,讨论材料对抗冲击性能的影响。同时与另一种截面形式的钢管混凝土-空管构件的力学性能进行对比,计算提取了冲击力时程曲线、跨中变形时程曲线。分析结果表明:在管中填充混凝土可以有效地改变结构的破坏形态,减小结构局部变形,以整体弯曲变形为主,增强结构的抗冲击能力;从铝合金、Q345钢到不锈钢材料,抗冲击能力依次增强,同时随着冲击能量的依次增加,不锈钢材料最终的抗冲击性能也远优于其他材料。
The concrete-filled double skin metal tubular members with circular cross-section that outside tube materials are respectively Q345 steel,grade 304 austenitic stainless steel and T6061 aluminum alloy are the main research objects,in this paper we simulate the dynamic response of the members under low speed lateral impact load by using ABAQUS software,examine the effect of the material on the impact resistance.At the same time,the mechanical properties of the concrete-filled double skin metal tubular members with circular cross-section and another form of section of CFST-hollow pipe members are compared,the model results cover the time-history curve of impact load and time-history curve of mid-span deflection.The results show that filling concrete in the tube can effectively change the failure form of the structure,reduce the local deformation of the structure,mainly behaving as the overall bending deformation,and enhance the impact resistance of the structure.From aluminum alloy,Q345 steel to stainless steel,the impact resistance is enhanced successively.At the same time,as the impact energy increases successively,the ultimate impact resistance of stainless steel is far better than other materials.
