摘要
太钢东山矿入窑石灰石粒径为10 mm^40 mm,小于10 mm的物料便宜外销,不仅附加值低,且浪费资源。为此,我们通过对小于10 mm的石灰石进行理化分析、矿相组成分析、以及在马弗炉中试验煅烧,初步得到一些有益的结果,为成功利用回转窑进行批量煅烧做了充分的准备工作,其成功煅烧能创造不菲的经济效益,还会使得矿产资源得到了更为合理的利用。
Particle size of limestone into the rotary kiln of Dongshan Mine is 10 mm-40 mm,the limestone less than10 mm is sold at a low price,which is not only low value-added,but also wasting the resources. Some useful results are obtained through physical and chemical analysis of less than 10 mm limestone,mineral phase composition analysis and the test in the muffle furnace burning. With these results,sufficient preparations for calcining in rotary kiln are made. The successful calcination can create a lot of economic benefits. It can also make the mineral resources more reasonable utilization.
