摘要
加快广西资本市场发展有利于促进广西经济增长,通过对广西资本市场发展现状进行梳理,发现存在多层次资本市场结构不合理、资本市场服务实体经济功能未有效发挥、投资者权益受侵犯及促进资本市场发展政策体系不健全等问题,并提出优化多层次资本市场结构、发挥资本市场服务实体经济功能、建立完善的资本市场监管体系及建立扩大广西资本市场发展政策体系等建议。
Accelerating the development of Guangxi's capital market is conducive to promoting economic growth in Guangxi. By combing the development status of Guangxi's capital market, it is found that there are irrational structure of multi- level capital market, the function of capital market service entity economy is not sound, and investor rights are violated. This paper puts forward optimizing the structure of multi-level capital market, capital market service entity economic functions, establishing perfect capital market supervision system and establishing expanding Guangxi capital market development policy system.
