The "people centred" development thought inherited the mass view of Marx and Engels, absorbed the people- oriented thought of Chinese traditional culture, and inherited the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. It is the result of long-term thinking of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the construction of people's livelihood. It is a scientific guide to realizing the people's expectations for a better life and provides Chinese wisdom for solving the world's people's livelihood problems.
