摘要
以石油焦和硼酸为原料,3%含量Na2CO3为添加剂进行碳化硼冶炼,研究Na2CO3对碳化硼制备的影响,对制备的碳化硼粉体进行SEM、EDS及面扫分析。结果表明:前期试验中,对产物进行SEM分析其形貌多呈现片状、棒状,EDS分析可知其物相组成主要是B、B-N及B-N-O物质,并无B4C的存在;试验后期后对产物进行SEM分析其晶粒呈现明显的层状生长且形貌规则,表面有明显的晶界。
Boron carbide smelting was carried out with petroleum coke and boric acid as raw materials and 3%Na2CO3 as additive to study the effect of Na2CO3 on the preparation of boron carbide.The boron carbide powder was analyzed by SEM,EDS and surface sweep.The results showed that in the previous experiment,the SEM of the product was mostly flaky and rod-shaped,and EDS analysis showed that the composition of the phase of the product was mainly B,B-N and B-N-O,and there was no B 4 C.At the later stage of the experiment,the products were analyzed by SEM,and their grains showed obvious stratified growth and regular morphology,with obvious grain boundaries on the surface.
