摘要
目的:观察生长抑素联合中药胰炎合剂治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将在我院接受治疗的218例重症急性胰腺炎患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组(109例)和对照组(109例)。对照组予生长抑素治疗,实验组予生长抑素联合中药胰炎合剂治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、临床指标及不良反应情况。结果:实验组治疗有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组腹痛腹胀缓解时间和血淀粉酶恢复恢复时间少于对照组,超敏C反应蛋白(High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)水平均下降且实验组下降水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生长抑素联合中药胰炎合剂利于提高重症急性胰腺炎患者的治疗效果,不良反应少,安全性高。
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of somatostatin plus Yiyan Heji(胰炎合剂)on severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:218 cases of severe acute pancreatitis were divided into the experiment group(109 cases)and the control group(109 cases)according to random number table.The control group was treated by somatostatin,and the experiment group was treated by somatostatin plus Yiyan Heji.Results:The effective rate in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of abdominal distension and the recovery time of blood amylase in the experimental group were shorter than that in the control group.Hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the two groups was decreased significantly,and that in the experiment group was more decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Somatostatin plus Yiyan Heji on severe acute pancreatitis was effective,with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
