同步调相机转子出厂耐压试验研究

摘要 河南漯河调相机工程即将投运,该工程基于"两交一直"电网规划,工程系统作用有两点。一是就近支撑豫南电网500kV电网电压,防止天中直流、青豫直流双极闭锁后豫东南电网电压崩溃事故。二是为天中直流、青豫直流故障后换相电压的恢复提供支撑,提高直流运行稳定性。本文基于国内调相机工程建设背景,详细介绍了同步调相机转子出厂耐压试验相关要求、耐压试验时可能出现的问题和解决办法。同时,以河南漯河调相机工程为例,详细介绍了转子出厂耐压试验的步骤,并对河南漯河1号调相机转子进行了耐压试验。研究表明,试验结果符合设计标准和采购规范。 Henan Luohe Synchronous Condense Project will be put into operation soon. The project is based on the "two-way" power grid planning. The engineering system has two functions. The first is to support the 500 kV power grid voltage of the southern Henan power grid nearby, so as to prevent the voltage collapse accident of southeastern Henan power grid after the bipolar blockade of Tianzhong DC and Qinghai-Henan DC. The second is to provide support for the recovery of commutation voltage after Tianzhong DC and Qingyu DC faults, so as to improve the stability of DC operation. Based on the construction background of the synchronous condenser project, this paper introduced in detail the requirements of the factory voltage withstand test of synchronous phase modulator rotor, the possible problems and solutions in the voltage withstand test. At the same time, taking the Luohe synchronous condense Project in Henan Province as an example, the steps of the pressure withstanding test of the rotor were introduced in detail, and the pressure withstanding test of the rotor of Luohe No. 1 Camera in Henan Province was carried out. Studies have shown that the test results meet design standards and procurement specifications.
