摘要
采用酸性条件下直接电解法对废铅膏进行固相电解,研究了铅膏加入量、电流密度、硫酸密度和阴阳极板间距4个典型因素对电解效率和能耗的影响,并通过设计正交试验确定最佳工艺参数。结果表明:废铅膏加入量为30 g,电流密度为637 A/m^2,硫酸密度为1.20 g/cm^3,阴阳极板间距为10 mm时,电解效率约为1.20 kg/(m^2·h),能耗可控制在1800 k W·h/t铅膏以下,获得的电解铅纯度高达99.7%。此外工艺尾端收获的硫酸可达到HG/T 2692-2007《蓄电池用硫酸》中铅酸电池制造业对硫酸的使用标准,具备较高的经济价值和环境效益。
Solid phase electrolysis of waste lead paste was carried out by direct electrolysis under acidic conditions.The effects of four typical factors,including the amount of lead paste,current density,sulfuric acid density and the distance between anode and cathode plates on electrolysis efficiency and energy consumption of electrolysis was studied.The optimum technological parameters were determined by design orthogonal test.The results showed that when the amount of waste lead paste was 30 g,the current density was 637 A/m^2,the sulfuric acid density was 1.20 g/cm^3,the distance between the anode and cathode plates was 10 mm,the electrolytic efficiency was about 1.20 kg/(m^2·h),the energy consumption could be controlled below 1800 k W·h/t lead paste,and the obtained electrolytic lead purity was up to 99.7%.In addition,the density of sulfuric acid harvested at the end of the process reached the standard for sulfuric acid used in the lead-acid battery manufacturing industry(HG/T 2692-2007),with considerally high economic value and environmental benefits.
