超厚料层烧结混合机强混制粒改造 被引量:5

Modification of sintering granulator for strong-mixing and granulation under super deep-bed sintering conditions

摘要 烧结混合料的粒度组成对于烧结料层的透气性具有较大影响,天钢联合特钢针对两台230 m^2烧结机配备的二次混合机进行了改造,包括加热水混料、二混锥形逆流螺旋衬板等,制粒效果明显改善,烧结机利用系数由原来的1.646 t/m^2·h^-1提高到平均1.738 t/m^2·h^-1,其中料层厚度达到1 000 mm,快速实现了生产稳定运行。 The size composition of sinter mixture for sintering material layer permeability has a great influence, for Tianjin Tiangang United Special Steel Co., Ltd., 230 m2×2 sintering granulator equipped with secondary mixing machine is reformed, including heating water mixing, secondary mixed countercurrent spiral lining and so on, granulating effect is improved obviously, sintering machine utilization coefficient from 1.646 t/m^2·h^-1 raised to an average of 1.738 t/m^2·h^-1, the material layer thickness up to 1000 mm, fast production and stable operation is realized.
