摘要
目的:探究心电图指标及彩色多普勒超声检测在心肌损害患儿治疗前后的变化及意义。方法:330例心肌损害患儿,给予对症并联合磷酸肌酸钠、维生素C治疗,共治疗10d。采用12导联动态心电图监测所有患儿心电指标并采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测心功能。检测患儿治疗前后低频功率(LF)、高频功率(HF)、低频与高频之比(LF/HF)、震荡起始(TO)、震荡斜率(TS)、QT离散度(QTd)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDd)、心排出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)、心脏指数(CI)。结果:治疗后,患儿TO、QTd和LVEDd水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);LF、HF、LF/HF、TS、CO、SV、CI、LVEF水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,患儿的LF、HF、QTd与CI存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论:治疗后,心肌损害患儿心功能及心电指标均得到明显改善,心电指标与心功能有一定相关性。
Objective:To explore the changes and significance of electrocardiogram(ECG)and color Doppler ultrasonography in children with myocardial damage before and after treatment.Methods:330 children with myocardial damage were given symptomatic treatment combined with creatine phosphate and vitamin C for 10 days.ECG parameters were monitored by 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram and cardiac function was measured by color Doppler echocardiography.The low frequency power(LF),high frequency power(HF),ratio of LF and HF(LF/HF),turbulence onset(TO),turbulence slope(TS),QT dispersion(QTd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd),cardiac output(CO),stroke volume(SV)and cardiac index(CI)before and after treatment were measured.Results:After treatment,the levels of TO,QTd and LVEDd were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the levels of LF,HF,LF/HF,TS,CO,SV,CI and LVEF were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were correlations between LF,HF,QTd and CI(P<0.05).Conclusion:After treatment,cardiac function and electrocardiogram indexes of children with myocardial damage were significantly improved,and there was a certain correlation between electrocardiogram indexes and cardiac function.
