摘要
文章借鉴意义建构论与个人信息世界理论,针对天津师范大学师生文献传递的个人信息世界展开了实证调研,分析了文献传递发生的情境与动力、文献传递过程及影响因素、文献传递用户的行为特征和规律等.研究发现:传统文献传递服务因过于关注文献而忽视了申请文献传递的具体用户,应在反思传统实践的基础上,关注文献传递过程中的情境、鸿沟及意义建构,转变文献传递员的角色,实现文献传递工作从以系统为中心向以用户为中心的范式转化.
Based on the sense-making theory and personal information world theory, the paper puts the document delivery in the whole research process of teachers and students, and conducts an empirical research on personal information world of document delivery of teachers and students in Tianjin Normal University, as well as analyzes the context and motivation, process and influencing factors, and users’ behavior characteristics of document delivery. The research shows that the traditional document delivery service neglects the specific users due to giving too much attention to documents. Therefore, based on the reflection of the traditional practice, the paper proposes to focus on the context, gap and meaning construction in the process of document delivery, change the role of document delivery operator, and realize the paradigm change of document delivery work from system-centered to user-centered.
