摘要
永磁同步电机无传感器控制能够替代位置传感器向电机控制系统提供转子位置信息。为了获得转子的位置,传统无传感器算法需要大量的计算,在低速下转子的位置估计精度低。而高频注入法利用永磁同步电机的凸极性得到转子的位置,并且在低速下能够准确得到转子的位置。本文首先分析了高频注入法的原理和转子位置信息的提取方法。然后,在 Simulink环境下搭建了永磁同步电机无传感器控制算法和逻辑控制模型,并用 EmbeddedCode工具生成嵌入式代码。最后,在永磁同步电机测试平台上进行了实验,验证了高频注入法的有效性及代码生成技术的正确性。
Sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motors can replace the position sensor to provide rotor position information to the motor control system. In order to obtain the rotor position, the traditional sensorless control algorithm requires a large amount of calculation, the estimation accuracy of the rotor position is low at low speed. The high frequency injection method uses the salient polarity of permanent magnet synchronous motor to get the rotor position, and its can accurately get the rotor position at low speed. Firstly, this paper analyzed the principle of high frequency injection method and the extraction method of rotor position information. Then, the sensorless control algorithm and logic control model of permanent magnet synchronous motor were built in Simulink environment, and the embedded code was generated by embedded code tool. Finally, experiments were carried out on the permanent magnet synchronous motor test platform to verify the validity of the high frequency injection method and the correctness of the code generation technology.
