摘要
分析了渣浆泵壳体使用的工况条件,选用ADI1600-1300-1材料进行生产。详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺:采用树脂砂造型、制芯工艺;选用稳定、优质的生铁、废钢、FeMn、Cu以及FeMo等原材料;采用盖包球化处理工艺,包内覆盖孕育、二次冲入孕育、转包孕育、随流孕育的阶段孕育处理工艺;热处理工艺中奥氏体化温度为900℃,保温时间为150min,等温淬火温度为250℃,保温时间为120min。生产结果显示:首批提供给客户的5套产品力学性能各项指标均满足标准要求,泵送系统运行效果达到了用户的预期要求;截至目前,已生产300套泵壳体组件,无不良质量反馈。
The working conditions of slurry pump housing was analyzed,ADI 1 600-1 300-1 material was selected for its production. The production process of the casting was described in detail:using resin sand molding and core making process,choosing raw materials including stable and high quality pig iron,steel scrap,FeMn,Cu and FeMo,using tundish ladle nodul-arizing process,using multiple inoculation including covering inoculants in-ladle first inoculation,stream-second inoculation,re-ladle inoculation,and pouring stream inoculation,austenitizing temperature in heat-treating process was of 900 ℃,the holding time was of 150 min. the iso-thermal quenching temperature was of 250 ℃,the holding time was of 120 min. Production result showed that all mechanical property indexes of the first batch of 5 sets of product provided to the customer met the standard requirements. The running effect of the pumping system met the expected requirements of the user. Up to now,300 sets of pump housing assemblies had been produced without bad quality feedback.
