摘要
采用海思Hi3518专用芯片和单片机STC89C52设计了一种新型可视化绝缘操作杆。在视频处理监控方面,对采集的视频信号进行H264编码,并通过RTP/RTSP(实时传输控制协议/实时流协议)将数据传输到手机端;同时增加了电动刷控制功能,通过蓝牙2.0协议对直流电动刷进行启动停止控制。该设计满足了高压绝缘操作杆操作时操作人员能够看清细节信息的迫切需求。
A new type of visualized insulated operating rod is designed by using HiSili Hi3518 special chip and single chip STC89C52. In the aspect of video processing and monitoring, the captured video signal is H264 encoded, and the data is transmitted to the mobile terminal through RTP/RTSP (Real-Time Transmission Control Protocol/Real-Time Streaming Protocol);at the same time, the electric brush control function is added, and the Bluetooth 2.0 protocol is adopted. The DC electric brush performs start-stop control. This design meets the urgent need for operators to see the details when operating high-voltage insulated levers.
