摘要
2018年3月,依照中共中央印发的《深化党和国家机构改革方案》,自然资源部正式组建。中国地质调查局为适应新形势下工作的需要,根据其业务领域的变化对地质调查人才结构进行了优化。本文分析了地质调查人才队伍现状,梳理了地质调查业务领域变化与队伍结构优化的关系,指出了人才队伍结构的不足,提出了人才队伍调整的建议。
In March 2018,in accordance with the Plan for Deepening Reform of Party and State Institutions,the Ministry of Natural Resources was formally formed.In order to meet the demands of the work under the new situation,China Geological Survey optimizes the structure of geological survey talents on the basis of the changes of its business areas.In this paper,the author analyzed the present situation of geological survey personnel,outlined the relationship between the changes in the field of geological survey and the optimization of the personnel structure,pointed out the disadvantages of the personnel structure,and concluded some suggestions on the adjustment of the talent team.
