摘要
分级诊疗作为深化医疗改革的产物,是有效配置医疗资源的主要措施。东方医院作为医疗体制改革的基层践行者,近年来建立了“一院三区”的发展格局,成立以东方医院为核心医院的辖区内不同层级医疗机构医联体合作同盟,为分级诊疗、双向转诊的落地打下了基础。结合丰台区分级诊疗体系经验基础上,分析东方医院推进分级诊疗的现状及存在问题,思考如何更好地实现“技术下沉”、双向转诊,保证各级医院收益,实现十九大提出的目标任务,满足群众看病需求。
Hierarchical healthcare system,as a product of deepening medical reform,and is a major measure to effectively allocate medical resources. As a grassroots practitioner of medical system reform,Dongfang hospital has established the development pattern of "main hospital plus 2 districts". In recent years,Dongfang hospital as the core hospital,laying a foundation for the implementation of hierarchical healthcare system and dual referral system. Based on the experience of fengtai district hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Oriental hospital in promoting dual referral system,and thinks about how to better realize "technology sinking" and dual referral system,protect the interests of hospitals,achieve the nation goals proposed at the 19th national congress,and satisfy our patients.
