摘要
目前中医诊断学教学存在着如何高效地教授中医诊断学知识以及中医诊断学理论如何有效地指导中医临床实践等问题。作者开设的选修课“跟国家级名老中医做临床——王国斌教授临证医案选讲”已三年有余,文章从该选修课开设的目的、意义,以及在中医诊断教学中的应用方法、途径、收获和存在的问题等方面入手,浅谈王国斌教授临证医案选讲在中医诊断学教学中的体会应用。
At present,there are two common problems in the teaching of TCM diagnosis,which is,how to effectively teach the knowledge of TCM diagnosis and how to effectively guide the clinical practice of TCM. Professor Che Zhiying has offered an elective course clinical practice with national famous veteran TCM Professor Wang Guobin's lecture on clinical medical cases for more than three years. This paper starts with the purpose and significance of the elective course,as well as its application methods,approaches,harvest and problems in the teaching of TCM diagnosis,and briefly discusses Professor Wang Guobin's lecture on clinical cases. Experience and application of clinical medical case selection in the teaching of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine was discussed.
