摘要
“山水斗城”格局是温州城市历史格局的综合概括,是研究其传统肌理关系、价值和有机更新的基础,具有多重意义。通过对温州朔门历史文化街区传统肌理的运行分析发现,传统物质肌理的破坏、业态肌理环境更新滞后,以及商业失范、文化肌理续存空间动力不足等,阻碍了其更新的有机性。为此,朔门历史文化街区应依据温州城市历史格局内涵,引导物质肌理更新,更新业态肌理运营环境,培养文化肌理的价值管理续存模式。
The highly summarized“Mountain and Water City”pattern describes the historic layout of Wenzhou city and lays the foundation for studying traditional fabric relation,the value and the organic renewal.Based on the operational analysis of the traditional fabric of Wenzhou Shuomen historic and cultural block,it is found that destruction of the traditional material fabric,retarded renewal of environmental fabric,lack of regulation on business activities and insufficient spatial drive for cultural fabric hindered the renewal organism.Therefore,the sustainable path of organic renewal of Shuomen historic and cultural block lies in guiding the material fabric renewal in line with urban historic layout of Wenzhou city,updating the operating environment of business fabric and optimizing the sustainable mode of value management to cultivate cultural fabric.
