摘要
科技管理创新能够实现资源的有效利用、机制体制的健全和效率的全面提升,从而激发创新活力,营造良好的氛围和环境。本文基于科技管理创新的重要意义,分析了当前农业科研院所科技管理创新中面临的问题,并提出了加强农业科研院所科技管理创新的建议,以期为农业科研院所科技管理提供参考。
Scientific and technological management innovation can realize the effective utilization of resources,the perfection of mechanism and system,and the overall improvement of efficiency,thereby stimulating innovation vitality and creating a good atmosphere and environment.Based on the significance of scientific and technological management innovation,this paper analyzed the problems faced by agricultural research institutes in scientific and technological management innovation,and put forward some suggestions to strengthen scientific and technological management innovation of agricultural research institutes,so as to provide references for the scientific and technological management innovation in agricultural research institutions.
