深圳前海合作区污水系统优化研究

摘要 深圳前海合作区作为国内高密度开发建设的典范,在集约化开发建设方面取得多项建设经验。以前海污水系统规划建设为例,分析多个专业融合、统筹开发建设时序及用地需求,克服用地条件紧张、协调工作量大、建设周期短等难题。通过优化各相关工程的建设布局及方案调整,大大减少污水设施建设用地,提高污水自排率,减少后期城市运行成本。 As a model of high-density development and construction in China, Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone has gained a lot of construction experience in intensive development and construction. Taking the planning and construction of marine sewage system as an example, this paper analyses the integration of multiple specialties, the time sequence of overall development and construction, and the land demand. The project will overcome the problems of tight land use conditions, large coordination workload and short construction period. By optimizing the construction layout and scheme adjustment of related projects, the construction land of sewage facilities will be greatly reduced, the sewage self-discharge rate will be increased, and the operation cost of cities in the future will be decreased.
