摘要
阐述了高职教育实施“十大育人”的背景,并从自我教育、兼容并包、谋求长远三方面分析了实施“十大育人”对高职院校德育教育的意义,进而从顶层设计、分级指标管理体系和增强育人实效等方面对“十大育人”实施模式进行了思考。
This paper expounds the background of the implementation of “Ten-Perspective Education System” in higher vocational education and analyzes the significance of implementing it to moral education from the aspects of self-education, compatibility and inclusion, and long-term pursuit. The mode of implementation is taken into consideration in view of top-level design, hierarchical management system and effectiveness of educating people.
