摘要
南通,作为长江经济带战略支点,上海北翼的经济中心和门户城市,应深入剖析建设现代化大城市的制约因素,明确发展目标,紧紧依托长三角一体化等国家战略叠加优势,抢抓机遇,遵循科学定位、顶层设计、交通优先、项目支持、多元投入、民生为本、生态驱动、智慧管理等发展路径,努力将南通建设成为全国贯彻创新发展理念的引领示范区和具有全球竞争力的大城市。
As the strategic fulcrum of Yangtze River Economic Belt, as well as the economic center and gateway city of the northern wing of Shanghai, Nantong should deeply analyze the constraints of building a modern metropolis and clarify the development goals. By firmly relying on the superposition advantages of national strategies such as the integration of Yangtze River Delta, Nantong should seize opportunities, and follow the development path of scientific orientation, top-level design, traffic priority, project support, diversified investment, people’s livelihood-oriented and ecological drive with efforts to build it into a leading demonstration area and a big city with global competitiveness, which will implement the concept of innovative development throughout the country.
