摘要
[目的]系统评价表达性书写缓解癌症病人抑郁情绪的效果。[方法]计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane图书馆、EMBase(Ovid)、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据知识服务平台、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)中关于表达性书写对缓解癌症病人抑郁情绪的随机对照试验(RCT),同时筛选符合纳入标准的文献。由2名研究者根据Cochrane系统评价方法进行质量评价,然后采用RevMan5.3进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入5篇RCT,共计837例癌症病人。Meta分析结果显示:与中性书写小组比较,表达性书写缓解抑郁情绪的效果无统计学意义[95%CI(-0.64,0.13),P=0.20]。[结论]目前证据尚不能说明表达性书写能够有效缓解癌症病人抑郁情绪,尚需开展更高质量、大样本的研究予以探索。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of expressive writing on relieving depression in patients with cancer.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about the effect of expressive writing on depression in cancer patients were searched by computer in PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMBase(Ovid),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Wanfang database,and VIP database.The literatures meeting inclusion criteria were screened.The quality was evaluated by 2 researchers according to the Cochrane systematic evaluation method,and then Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3.Results:A total of 5 RCTs were enrolled,837 cancer patients in total.Meta analysis results showed that compared with the neutral writing group,expressive writing had no statistical significance in relieving depression[95%CI:(-0.642,0.13),P=0.20].Conclusions:The current evidence does not indicate that expressive writing can effectively alleviate the depression of cancer patients.It is necessary to carry out research on higher quality and large sample.
