摘要
提出了一种用于原边反馈反激变换器的自适应启动电路。分析了原边反馈反激变换器DCM启动对系统的影响。将辅助绕组的膝点电压采样与原边电感的峰值电流采样相结合,逐周期地判定系统动态输出电压对变压器的退磁能力,实现了原边反馈反激变换器全周期下DCM自适应启动。基于0.18μm BCD工艺,对该启动电路进行仿真。结果表明,在开关频率为100kHz、输出功率为30W的条件下,系统实现了DCM启动。在重载、轻载的条件下,启动时间分别为68ms和6ms。
An adaptive startup circuit for primary side regulated(PSR)flyback converter was presented.Effects of DCM startup in primary side regulated flyback converter systems were analyzed.Combining knee voltage detection of the auxiliary side and peak current sampling of the primary side,the demagnetization ability of the dynamic transformer system output voltage was determined by the control strategy cycle by cycle to realize adaptive control for DCM startup during the whole period.A homologous circuit was designed for this control strategy.The circuit was simulated in a 0.18μm BCD process.Simulation results showed that under the condition of 100kHz switching frequency and 30Woutput power,the system realized DCM startup within 68ms in heavy load and 6ms in light load respectively.
