摘要
数字技术在建造领域的应用充分挖掘了传统材料的性能潜力,涌现了大量关于材料的结构性能、绿色性能以及美学性能等方面开创性的研究与实践。其中,混凝土作为建筑行业最主要的材料,在诸多研究中呈现出其在结构性能提升及节材方面的巨大潜力;同时,其区别于传统欧式几何形态的非标准优化结果对当前的施工方法也提出了巨大挑战。在此背景下,类比了近年来非标准形态混凝土数字化成型方法的一般流程、成型材料、工具平台及应用尺度等,指出了利用机器人热线切割聚苯乙烯泡沫模板进行结构性能导向下的非标准形态混凝土成型方法的优势,最后对成型过程中的关键问题进行了展望。
The application of digital technology in the field of construction has fully tapped the performance potential of traditional materials,and a lot of pioneering research and practice have emerged in its structural performance,green performance,aesthetic performance,etc.Among them,as the most important material in the construction industry,many studies on structural optimization show a significant potential for structural performance and reduction of consumption,meanwhile the non-standard optimization results,which are different from the traditional Euclidean geometry,pose great challenges to the current construction methods.In this background,this paper compares the general flow,molding materials,tool platforms and application scales of non-standard form concrete digital forming methods in recent years.It points out the advantage of the forming method of non-standard concrete structure under the structural performance guidance by using the robot hot wire cutting of expanded polystyrene formwork.Finally,the key issues in the forming process are prospected.
