摘要
河道黑臭形成的原因很多,短时间内消除黑臭成为很多城市主管部门和工程技术人员非常头疼的问题。在总结大量的工程案例基础上,分析了城市建成区当前河道治理的难点,并提出了相应的治理策略,供黑臭河道治理主管部门和规划咨询设计单位参考。
Because of many reasons for the formation of black-smelly rivers, it has become a headache for many city authorities and engineers to eliminate black-smelling in a short time. On basis of summarizing a large number of project cases, the difficulties of black-smelly river pollution control in urban built-up area were analyzed. The corresponding control strategies were put forward to provide reference for management and the planning consultation and design unit.
