摘要
以不结球白菜品种"苏州青""抗热605""紫罗兰""黑心乌""高梗白""南通马耳朵""紫菜薹"为试材,采用温室盆栽种植,利用LemnaTec Scanalyzer 3D仪器获取植株不同时间和不同角度图片,通过图片分析获取植株的投影面积、开展度、紧密度、株高、株幅、叶片、荚果相应表型指标,比较不结球白菜生长发育过程中表型指标变化,以期为不结球白菜的栽培、生产与育种提供参考依据。结果表明:顶部投影面积和开展度"紫菜薹"先增大后减小,其它品种均先增加后降低再增大达到最大值后降低。株高和株幅从定植后均先增加后减小再增加达到最大值后减小;顶部紧密度均逐渐增加,达到最大值后降低。叶长、宽、周长和面积从定植后逐渐增加,达到最大值后缓慢减小。荚果分为短窄、长窄、长宽、中长窄、中长宽5种。综上所述,不结球白菜在定植60 d出现明显品种差异,株高、株幅、紧密度、叶片的变化趋势一致,顶部投影面积和开展度的变化趋势存在差异,各指标最大值均出现在生殖生长阶段。
The non-heading Chinese cabbage varieties ‘Suzhouqing’‘Kangre605’‘Ziluolan’‘Heixinwu’‘Gaogengbai’‘Nantongmaerduo’‘Zicaitai’were used as test materials,which were planted in greenhouses.Plant images were obtained by LemnaTec Scanalyzer 3 D instrument at different developmental stages and from different orientations.Through the image analysis,the phenotypic parameters of the projection area,caliper length,compactness,plant height,plant width,leaf and pod were obtained.The change of indicators provided a reference for the cultivation,production and breeding of non-heading Chinese cabbage.The results showed that the top projection area caliper length of ‘Zicaitai’ increased firstly and then decreased,while these two parameters in other varieties increased first,then decreased,then increased to reach the maximum value and then decreased.Plant height and width increased first after planting,then decreased then increased to the maximum value,decreased finally.Top compactness increased gradually and then decreased after reaching the maximum.Leaf length,leaf width,leaf circumference and leaf area increased gradually after planting,and then decreased slowly after reaching the maximum.The pods were divided into five types,short-narrow,long-narrow,long-wide,medium long-narrow,medium long-wide.In summary,there were significant differences among varieties of cabbage after 60 days planting,and the changing trends in plant height,plant width,compactness and leaf were consistent,while the projection area and caliper length were different.And all index values reached to the maximum at the reproductive stage.
