摘要
目的:观察微波治疗腋窝多汗症和腋臭的临床疗效及安全性。方法:20例受试者于肿胀麻醉后采用5.8 GHz微波对双侧腋窝汗腺分布区域进行治疗。观察术前与术后12个月多汗症疾病严重程度量表(HDSS)、Odor-10分量表、Odor-5分量表及腋臭Young-Jin Park分级,记录不良反应,并观察腋毛生长情况。结果:术后12个月,19例(95%)患者HDSS分级下降至1或2级(P<0.05);18例(90%)患者腋臭Odor-10分量表评分下降≥50%(P<0.05);18例(90%)患者腋臭Odor-5分量表评分下降≥50%(P<0.05);16例(80%)患者Young-Jin Park分级降至1级或0级(P<0.05)。所有患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论:微波治疗腋窝多汗症及腋臭具有较好的疗效,且不良反应轻微。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of microwave for the treatment of axillary hyperhidrosis and bromhidrosis. Methods: After tumescent anesthesia, bilateral sweat glands of 20 subjects were treated with microwaves at the frequency of 5.8 GHz. Pre-and 12-month post-operation, hyperhidrosis disease severity scale(HDSS), Odor-10, Odor-5,Young-Jin Park grading indicators of bromhidrosis and local hair growth were assessed. Adverse reactions were also recorded.Results: Twelve months after treatment, HDSS declined to scale 1 or 2 in 19 patients(95%)(P<0.05 vs. pretreatment). Eighteen patients(90%) achieved at least 50% reduction in Odor-10 score(P<0.05). Likewise, at least 50% reduction in Odor-5 score was also observed in 18 patients(P<0.05). In 16 patients(80%), Young-Jin Park grade declined to grade 1 or 0(P<0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Microwave treatment of axillary hyperhidrosis and bromhidrosis can achieve a satisfactory efficacy, with only mild adverse reactions.
