摘要
临床照护分类系统是一个基于居家健康照护分类系统发展起来的临床护理分类体系。该系统由护理诊断、护理措施、护理结局所组成,包含了21个照护要素,涵盖了照护的4个方面:生理、心理、功能和健康行为;遵循护理程序,术语覆盖了评估、诊断、预期目标、计划、实施与评价的整个环节;可以广泛应用于患者分类、计价、护理计划、临床决策支持、护理科研与护理教育、工作量测量、绩效、成本效益分析及护理文书电子病历记录等。
Clinical Care Classification (CCC) system is a clinical care classification system developed on the basis of the Home Health Care Classification system. CCC is composed of nursing diagnosis, nursing measures, and nursing outcomes. It consists of 21 care elements covering four aspects: physiology, psychology, function and health behavior. CCC follows the nursing procedure and covers the whole process of assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation and evaluation. CCC can be widely applied to patient classification and valuation, nursing plan, clinical decision support, nursing scientific research and nursing education, workload measurement, performance, cost-benefit analysis, and electronic records of nursing documents.
