摘要
为研究周期胞结构液态复合装甲抗射流侵彻性能与胞内液体密度的关系,文中采用理论分析和LS-DYNA有限元仿真的手段进行了射流侵彻饱含不同密度液体密闭结构的影响研究,得出了液体密度与射流径向扩孔及液体径向汇聚之间的理论关系和射流受干扰的仿真结果。研究结果表明,随着液体密度的增大射流扩孔半径减小、径向汇聚增强,断裂时间延迟、受干扰速度区间减小、剩余穿深能力增大,从能量耗散角度来说仿真结果与理论分析相吻合。
In order to study the relationship between the anti jet liquid density of periodic cell structure liquid composite armor and intracellular liquid density,in this paper,theoretical analysis and LS-DYNA finite element simulation were adopted to study the effect of different liquid densities on jet penetration,and the theoretical relationship between liquid density and the radial reaming of jet and the radial convergence of liquid,and the simulation results of jet interference were obtained.The results show that with the increase of liquid density,the jet reaming radius decreases,the radial convergence is enhanced,the breaking time is delayed,the interval of the velocity being disturbed decreases,and the residual penetration capacity increases.The simulation results coincide with the theoretical analysis from the viewpoint of energy dissipation.
