摘要
目的:探讨预见性护理对体外冲击波碎石术后并发症发生的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院泌尿外科2017年1月-2019年3月接受体外冲击波碎石术治疗的泌尿结石患者120例作为研究对象,对其开展前瞻性研究,依照随机数字表法将其分为对照组60例与观察组60例,对照组施行常规围手术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上施行预见性护理,比较两组的术后并发症发生率、术后恢复时间、结石排净率、术后疼痛评分、不良情绪评分。结果:术后并发症总发生率观察组为3.33%,较对照组的15.00%更低(P<0.05)。术后首次排便时间、术后首次排气时间、术后住院时间比较,观察组均明显比对照组要短(P<0.05)。护理后观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组结石排净率96.67%,较对照组的83.33%更高(P<0.05),其术后12、24、36 h和48 h疼痛评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理可有效减少体外冲击波碎石术后并发症的发生,有利于加快术后恢复进展,促进结石排净,减轻患者术后疼痛感和不良情绪。
Objective:To investigate the effect of predictive nursing on the incidence of complications after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Method:We selected 120 patients with urinary calculi who underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy from January 2017 to March 2019 in our hospital as research object.They conducted a prospective study and divided into 2 groups by randomized digital table methods.60 patients in the control group and 60 patients in the observation group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing.The observation group performed predictive nursing on the basis of the control group.The postoperative complication rate,postoperative recovery time,and stone removal rate,postoperative pain score,and bad mood score were compared between the two groups.Result:The total incidence of postoperative complications was 3.33%in the observation group,which was lower than 15.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was significantly shorter than the control group in the first defecation time,the first exhaust time,and the postoperative hospital stay(P<0.05).The SAS,SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The stone removal rate of observation group was 96.67%,higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05),and the pain scores at 12,24,36 h and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,which is beneficial to speed up postoperative recovery,promote stone drainage,and reduce postoperative pain and bad mood.
