摘要
目的:探究心理护理对产后抑郁症产妇的心理状态及治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院于2017年2月-2019年1月收治的80例产后抑郁症患者作为本次的研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理的方式,观察组患者则在常规护理的基础上加入心理护理,对比两组患者的心理状态及治疗依从性。结果:加入心理护理进行干预的观察组患者的治疗依从度为92.5%,对照组为70.0%,观察组患者的依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者的心理状态,观察组患者的心理状态明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理在产后抑郁症患者的临床诊疗中效果较好,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the nfluence of psychological nursing on the psychological state and treatment compliance in postpartum depression parturients.Method:A tatol of 80 cases of patients with postpartum depression treated in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects in this study,and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were received routine nursing,while the observation group were given psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Then,the psychological status and treatment compliance of the two groups of patients were compared.Result:The treatment compliance in the observation group was 92.5%,and in the control group was 70.0%.The compliance in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological state of two groups were compared,the psychological state of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of psychological nursing in clinical diagnosis and treatment of postpartum depression are good,which it is worth promoting and applying.
