高效液相色谱法测定半胱胺螯合锌的含量

摘要 试验建立高效液相色谱法测定半胱胺螯合锌的含量.色谱柱:Agela Technologies,Venusil MP C18(4.6×150mm,5um);流动相:乙腈:0.017mol/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液(取1.7g庚烷磺酸钠置于500ml量瓶中,加入0.1mlH3PO4,然后用纯水稀释并定容至刻度)=15:85,进样量5ul,检测波长214nm;流速1ml/min.结果:半胱胺螯合锌在0.306~3.060mg/ml的检测浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),最低定量限为0.3ng.结论:该方法操作简便、灵敏、准确,适用于半胱胺螯合锌的质量控制.
