误差筛选的显微立体视觉相机标定

摘要 为了降低外界对双目显微镜系统造成的干扰,本文提出一种基于误差筛选的标定方法。通过对每组数据进行重投影误差计算分析,剔除不能描述双目显微系统的数据,经过对比试验,结果表明:显微镜环境的特殊性使得采集到的图像容易受到外界信息的干扰,通过文中方法对数据进行清洗后,可达到降低标定误差的目的。利用本文方法在三种常用物镜倍率下进行相机标定,通过对比实验结果,得到了在显微镜环境下放大倍率和标定焦距成正相关关系。 In order to reduce the external interference to the microscope system,this paper proposes a calibration method based on error screening.The re-projection error of each set of data are calculated by the method,removing the data that cannot describe the binocular microscope system.The particularity of microscopic environment makes the acquired images more susceptible to the interference from external information.Comparative experiments show that the calibration errors are reduced by using the proposed method to cleaning the data.Then the method is used to calibrate the camera under three common objective magnifications.By comparing the experimental results,it is found that there is a positive correlation between the magnification and the calibration focal length in the microscope environment.
