摘要
衰老是机体发生退行性变化,趋向死亡的不可逆现象,我国传统中医学很早就认识到了男性衰老与睾丸功能衰退的密切关系。以往研究表明,艾灸在延缓衰老、调节机体功能中发挥了重要作用,并可以调节衰老引起的睾丸功能减退,但是在理论方面阐述不足。本文主要以下丘脑-垂体-性腺(HPG)轴与下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴为线索,结合睾丸本身结构的变化,总结并探讨了目前艾灸改善性腺功能的主要机制,作为进一步进行相关实验研究的基础,为艾灸在临床中的应用提供新的思路与理论依据。
Aging is an irreversible phenomenon of degenerative changes in the body, and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has long recognized the close relationship between male aging and testicular function decline. Previous studies have shown that moxibustion plays an important role in delaying aging and regulating body function, and can regulate testicular dysfunction caused by senility, but it is insufficient in theory.Based on the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad(HPG) axis and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA) axis, combined with the changes of testicular structure, this study summarized and discussed the main mechanisms of moxibustion to improve gonadal function, which wouldserve as the basis for further experimental research and provide new ideas and evidence for the clinical application of moxibustion.
