摘要
为探讨网球发球动作以及技术的特征,并且分析如何通过动作以及技术的提升达到提高发球水平的目的,为增强网球发球水平提供理论依据。采用文献资料发和例案分析法对网球运动员的发球技术和动作进行了系统分析与研究。通过研究分析一些职业网球比赛发现,世界顶级网球选手的球速和准度都是强项。在网球发球中,速度和旋转是发球的关键,而落点则是控制对方接球方向的关键。
To study the characteristics of tennis serve movement and skill features,and analyze on how to improve serve through the promotion of movement and skills,the paper aims to provide theory basis for improving tennis serve.The movement and skills are systematically analyzed through literature and case analysis methods.By analyzing some professional tennis matches,it is concluded that the serve of world top players are both fast and accurate.In tennis serve,speed and rotation are the key points,and placement is the key to control the receive direction of opponents.
