摘要
文章对电动助力转向系统的工作原理、优越性及其应用现状进行了简要说明,对比乘用车对商用车的结构和工况特点进行了分析,并从关键零部件选型、助力特性设计等方面对电动助力转向系统在商用车上的应用进行了研究。作为电动助力转向系统的未来发展方向,文章末尾对线控转向技术进行了简要介绍。
This article gives a brief description of the working principle, superiority and application status on vehicles of Electric Power Steering System.According to the analysis on the structure and operating characteristics of commercial vehicles comparing with passenger cars, key component selection, design of assisting characteristics about the application of electric power steering system in Commercial Vehicles are studied. As the developing direction of electric power steering system, Wire-steering technology is described briefly at the end of the article.
