摘要
目的:调查山东省东营市东营区零售药店的执业药师配备和药学服务现状。方法:选取东营区部分零售药店为调查对象,通过药店实地考察与问卷调查相结合的方式了解执业药师的配备、在岗、学历和提供药学服务等情况。结果:东营区零售药店执业药师的配备率为97.1%,在岗率为64.4%,学历主要是专科(占61.3%)。执业药师的药学服务水平偏低,存在药学服务宣传不到位、执业药师管理制度不完善、消费者享受不到药学服务等问题。结论:监管部门应从本地区的实际出发,制定切实可行的管理制度;零售药店应优化管理模式,全面提高企业竞争力,为执业药师发展提供更好的平台,从而为公众提供更专业的药学服务。
Objective:To investigate the staffing of licensed pharmacists and status of pharmaceutical care in retail drugstores,in Dongying District of Dongying City,Shandong Province.Methods:Some of the retail drugstores in Dongying District were selected as research subjects.Through the combined method of on-site investigation and questionnaire survey,the staffing,educational background,actual status of duty and pharmaceutical care were investigated in the study.Results:The staffing rate of licensed pharmacists in the drugstores of Dongying District was as high as 97.1%,the actual rate of duty was 64.4% and the educational background was mostly college education (61.3%).The level of pharmaceutical care by licensed pharmacists was relatively lower,and such problems as inadequate propaganda of pharmaceutical care,incomplete management system of licensed pharmacists,as well as inadequate provision of pharmaceutical care to consumers existed universally.Conclusion:Supervisory departments should develop feasible management systems based on actual conditions of the region.Retail drugstores should optimize their management mode,enhance competitiveness,and provide better working platforms for licensed pharmacists,so as to provide more professional pharmaceutical care for the public.
