摘要
脱除天然气中的H2S是天然气净化的主要目的之一。当前工业上H2S的脱除方法以Claus法系列脱硫工艺为主,但是该工艺存在高能耗、转化率限制、工艺复杂等问题。湿法脱除H2S具有低能耗、工艺简单、处理量大等优点,该技术在国内外天然气净化领域被广泛应用。综述了湿法脱除H2S技术的研究进展,总结了醇胺脱硫技术特点,介绍了新型离子液体、低共熔溶剂和Fenton试剂在脱除H2S领域的最新应用,并对脱硫新技术进行了展望。
Removal of hydrogen sulfide from natural gas is the main purpose of natural gas purification. At present,the Claus series desulfurization process is mainly adopted for removing hydrogen sulfide in industry. However,it has problems such as high energy consumption,conversion rate limitation and complicated process. Wet desulfurization for removal of hydrogen sulfide,with advantages of low energy consumption,simple technology and large processing capacity,is widely used in the field of natural gas purification at home and abroad. Research progress on wet desulfurization for removal of hydrogen sulfide is reviewed. The characteristics of the alcohol amine desulfurization technology are summarized. The latest application of new ionic liquids,eutectic solvents and Fenton reagents in the field of hydrogen sulfide removal is introduced,and the future desulfurization technology is prospected.
