摘要
针对传统环境监测系统应用面窄、适用场景单一、数据管理效率低等问题,提出一种基于LabVIEW的多场景环境信息监测系统。该系统基于多种传感器设计开发的集成模块完成CO、H2S、NH3、NOX、HCN、SO2、CH4、颗粒物浓度以及温湿度等环境信息采集,利用LabVIEW软件在上位机对传感器模拟通道进行选通和禁用模式切换、阈值及警报级别设置,实现场景监测项配置功能,通过无线通信模块将采集数据传输至上位机并分类处理,实现环境信息显示、本地TDMS文件存储以及远程MySQL数据库备份功能,同时与不同级别阈值相比较得到警报级别信息,实现分级报警功能。另外系统还提供了本地和云端两种数据查询方式。实验表明:该系统功能齐全、扩展和适用性强、操作界面简单,达到设计要求。
Aiming at the narrow application,single application scenario and low data management efficiency of traditional monitoring system,a multi-scene environment monitoring system based on LabVIEW was proposed.The integrated acquisition module developed by various sensors was used to collect the environmental information such as CO,H2S,NH3,NOX,HCN,SO2,CH4,particle concentration,temperature and humidity etc.The system implemented the function of scene monitoring item configuration through switching the enable and disable modes and configuring thresholds and alert levels for sensor analog channels.And it also realized the display of environment information,the storage of local TDMS file and data backup in MySQL via the wireless communication.While,through comparing data and different levels of threshold,the system realized the hierarchical alarm function.Moreover,it provided two data query methods induding local and cloud.Experimental results show that the system has complete functions,strong extension and applicability,simple operation interface,and meets the design requirements.
