摘要
生物催化方法合成有机化合物是满足绿色化学的要求之一,采用生物催化方法催化1,2,3,4-四氢萘胺转化为1,2,3,4-四氢萘-1-酮,利用整细胞株Pseudomonas monteilii ZMU-T01经过M9培养基培养后,直接催化底物得到1,2,3,4-四氢-1-萘胺的酮,产率可达45%。
Biocatalytic synthesis of organic chemicals is one of the requirements for green chemistry.The biocatalytic method is used to catalyze the conversion of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthylamine to 1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene-1.-Ketone,using the whole cell strain Pseudomonas monteilii ZMU-T01 after culturing in M9 medium,directly to the substrate(1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-naphthylamine ketone,the yield can reach 45%.
