摘要
介绍了双螺杆定量螺旋输送机的类型与优缺点,应用离散单元法对物料在非啮合型双螺杆螺旋输送机和子母螺旋输送机这两种双螺杆定量螺旋输送机内的运动状况进行了模拟,得到了非啮合型双螺杆螺旋输送机的输送量变化曲线和物料颗粒运动轨迹,以及子母螺旋输送机的输送能力。所做研究为双螺杆定量螺旋输送机的结构改进提供了参考。
The types, advantages and disadvantages of twin-screw quantitative screw conveyor were introduced. The discrete element method was used to simulate the movement of the material in two types of twin-screw quantitative screw conveyer i.e. non-intermeshing twin-screw screw conveyor and mother-child screw conveyor to obtain the variation curve and the moving path of the material particles of non-intermeshing twin-screw screw conveyer, as well as the conveying capacity of the mother-child screw conveyer. The findings may provide a reference for structure modification of the twin-screw quantitative screw conveyer.
