摘要
本文简单介绍了采用混合功能菌建立生物还原对生物还原耦合化学吸收法脱氮的基本原理,并在构建稳定生物还原耦合化学吸收体系的前提下,探究了不同工况和工艺参数(包括碳源量、菌体接种量、温度和pH)对集成系统最终脱除NO效率的影响,以确定生物还原耦合化学吸收体系的工业应用性能,为该方法的工业装置设计和操作提供理论依据。
This paper uses a mixed functional bacterium to establish a bioreductive coupled chemical absorption system.The basic principle of biological reduction coupled chemical absorption method for nitrogen removal is briefly introduced, and under the premise of constructing a stable bioreduction coupled chemical absorption system, different working conditions and process parameters (including carbon source amount, bacterial inoculum size, temperature) are explored. And pH) on the final removal of NO efficiency of the integrated system to determine the industrial application performance of the bioreductive coupled chemical absorption system, providing a theoretical basis for the industrial device design and operation of the method.
