摘要
目的分析27例肠造口皮肤黏膜分离患者的处理及护理体会。方法选取解放军九六〇医院泰安院区普外科2017年1月至2018年12月行肠造口术后发生重度皮肤黏膜分离27例患者,应用湿性敷料联合造口袋治疗,针对性给予有效伤口护理方案,加强了心理护理和后续护理支持。结果27例患者于15~28d伤口愈合。结论及时发现患者皮肤黏膜分离症状,正确应用湿性敷料和造口袋,给予有效心理护理,加强后续护理支持,可以促进肠造口分离皮肤黏膜愈合,提高患者术后的生活质量.
Objective To analyze the treatment and nursing experience of 27 patients with skin and mucosa separation from enterostomy.Methods Twenty-seven patients with severe skin and mucosa separation after enterostomy were selected from the general surgery department of PLA 960 hospital (Tai'an Hospital) from January 2017 to December 2018.The patients were treated with wet dressings combined with pocket making,and effective wound care programs were targeted to strengthen psychological care and follow-up nursing support.Results The wounds of 27 patients healed in 15-28 days.Conclusion The timely detection of symptoms of skin and mucosa separation,correct application of wet dressing and pocket making,effective psychological nursing and strengthening follow-up nursing support can promote the healing of skin and mucosa separation of enterostomy and improve the quality of life of patients after operation.
