摘要
我国高等教育的人才培养质量标准呈现多元化,社会不仅需要学术型人才,更多需要具有理论知识和技术能力的应用型人才,今后高等教育改革和发展的重点就应该是培养应用型人才,赤峰学院音乐学院对应用型人才培养模式改革研究进行了深入研究,并进行改革实践,本文是针对实践研究的结果进一步分析研究。
Nowadays quality standards of higher education personnel training is pluralistic, our society is in need of not only academic talents, but also more of applied talents with theoretical knowledge and technical ability. Higher education reform and development should focus on cultivating applied talents. Chifeng music school has done Thorough researchs on cultivating applied talents training mode and also reforms being carried on. This article is the result of further analysis on the previous results from practical researches.
