摘要
在乡村振兴和逆城市化的视角下,分析逆城市化进程对培育乡村振兴主体动能、消费动能、回归动能、产业动能以及文化动能的意义。并且根据目前城乡经济发展的惯性,指出逆城市化引领农村社会经济发展过程中在城乡体制、土地制度、基础设施以及诚信契约意识方面存在的困境,再此基础上,对如何破解城乡经济发展障碍,顺应逆城市化趋势,培育乡村振兴新动能提出活化农村资源、完善基础设施以及防范道德风险等对策建议。
From the perspective of rural revitalization and reverse urbanization, this paper analyzes the significance of the process of reverse urbanization to the cultivation of main motivation of rural revitalization, consumption, regression, industry and culture. According to the inertia of current urban and rural economic development, this paper points out the dilemmas existing in the process of social and economic development in urban and rural system, land system, infrastructure and awareness of credit. And on this basis, this paper proposed many suggestions in the aspects of how to break the urban and rural economic development obstacle, follow the reverse-urbanization trend, cultivate new motivation for rural revitalization, to utilize the rural resources, improve infrastructure and prevent moral hazard.
