摘要
针对医院改扩建项目工程造价难以控制的现象,笔者通过分析项目建设前期决策阶段、设计阶段和招标阶段工作中存在的问题和影响因素,并结合医院实际工作,提出了具体的改进措施,为提高造价控制水平,降低预算失控风险,促进项目建设有序开展提供借鉴和参考。
On the uncontrollable cost on hospital renovation and extension project,the authors propose concrete improvement measures based on the actual work and the analysis of problems and influencing factors in the pre-project planning,design and bidding stages of the project construction.These measures aim to provide reference for enhancing the cost control level,reducing the risk of budget going out of control,and promoting the orderly development of the project construction.
