摘要
当前很多高校培养的学生与社会需求严重脱节,学校培养的人才企业无法直接使用。根据工程认证理念和企业需求,改变传统的实践教学方法和手段,让学生在实验室里参与各项创新实践活动,提高学生解决复杂工程问题、创新、动手实践和团队协作等能力。以电子信息工程专业为例,根据教改前后就业质量数据对比结果发现,OBE教育理念下的实践教学改革有利于提高毕业生就业质量。
The students who are cultivated are severely out of line with the social needs in many colleges and universities,and the enterprises are unable to use them directly at present. According to the concept of engineering certification and the needs of enterprises,the traditional practice teaching methods and means should be changed to allow students to participate in various innovative practical activities in the laboratory,so as to improve their ability of solving complex engineering problems,innovation,practice and team collaboration. Taking Electronic Information Engineering Specialty as an example,according to the comparison of employment quality data before and after education reform,it can be found that the practical teaching reform under the OBE educational concept is conducive to improving the employment quality of graduates.
