摘要
在当今时代背景的推动下,高技术产业取得了许多成就。衡量技术效率的好与坏,技术供应链不失为一个很好的选择。有效率的技术供应链有助于企业保持新颖的创新能力,而通过技术效率的评价一方面可以对企业的供应链绩效有所了解,另一方面可以通过技术手段发现企业本身所存在的问题。文章首先总结和梳理了以往学者列出的文献,然后通过DEA分析方法进行实证分析和推导。通过分析,我们可以找出高技术产业中五大行业的资源配置情况。数据结果显示,某些行业供应链技术效率不是很高,这与资源的低效利用密切相关。目前知道如何改善资源利用问题是值得思索的事。文章结尾对一些观点进行概括且进行展望。
Under the background of today's era, the high-tech industry has made many achievements. The technology supply chain is a good choice for measuring technology efficiency. Efficient technological supply chain helps to maintain novel innovation ability. On the one hand, the performance of enterprise's supply chain can be understood through the evaluation of technological efficiency;on the other hand, problems existing in enterprises can be found through technological means. This paper first summarizes and sorts out the literature listed by previous scholars, and then makes analysis and interpretation through DEA analysis method in empirical aspect, in an attempt to find the resource allocation situation of five industries in high-tech industry through analysis. The data show that some industries are not very efficient, which is closely related to the ineffective utilization of resources. It is worth considering how to improve resource utilization. At the end of the article, some views are summarized and reviewed.
