摘要 双块式无砟轨道道床板结构在铁路运营早期出现了的裂缝病害较为严重,对结构的耐久性产生了不利影响。为保障道床板结构的服役年限,基于混凝土湿度场展开了相关研究。试验探索了不同风速条件下,混凝土试件内部相对湿度的分布规律,结果表明:风速对混凝土试件内部相对湿度的分布具有较大的影响,其增加了混凝土试件内部水分迁移的速率,距离干燥面不同深度处的水分扩散程度不同,内部湿度呈梯度分布,风速加剧了湿度的分布梯度。且伴随风速的增加混凝土内部相对湿度值降低的开始时间逐渐缩短,且在距干燥面一定范围内的湿度梯度将是最大的。此外,借助ANSYS有限元软件模拟分析了混凝土的湿度场,进一步对试验结果进行了验证分析和补充说明。 In the early stage of railway operation, the double-block ballast less track slab structure appeared many crack diseases, which had negative impactc on the durability of the structure. In order to ensure the service life of the ballast slab structure, relevant research was carried out based on the concrete humidity field. The distribution law of relative humidity in concrete specimens under different wind speeds is explored. The results show that wind speed has a great influence on the distribution of relative humidity in concrete specimens. It increases the rate of water transport in concrete specimens. The degree of moisture diffusion is different at different depths from the drying surface. The internal humidity presents a linear distribution trend, and the wind speed could increase this trend. In addition, with the increase of wind speed, the beginning time of the decrease of relative humidity in concrete is shortened gradually, and the humidity gradient will be the largest value in a certain range from the drying surface. Furthermore, the moisture field of concrete is simulated and analyzed by the finite element software ANSYS, and the test results are further verified and supplemented.
